Passionate about our reptiles and helping you enjoy & learn all about them
About us!
At Reptile Buddies, our mission is to inspire curiosity, respect and enjoyment through engaging, interactive experiences. Our hands-on demonstrations and age-appropriate talks demystify reptile behaviour, challenge misconceptions and encourage responsible ownership of these amazing animals. We strive to make learning about reptiles accessible, memorable and enjoyable for everyone.
Reptile Buddies are father and daughter team Ian and Izzy, reptile enthusiasts based in the Northwest of England and our collection of pet reptiles….. mainly snakes, but also a couple of lizards and a frog!
This website is here to give you a bit more information about the Reptile Buddies gang of animals that you may meet when we are out and about with our reptile club.
If you are at event simply scan the QR code on the animal’s tub and you will be taken to their page where you can learn about them or you can click on their picture below for more details.
More than just Buddies
As well as being an avid keep of reptiles I am currently the secretary of the North West Reptile Club and along with Izzy and the other members of the club we spend the warmer months doing public events to help people learn and enjoy all about our pet reptiles.
We attend our monthly members meetings to have some fun, share some knowledge and enjoy handling and meeting each others pet reptiles.
Throughout the year we attend clubs and groups providing educational & handling experiences for people of all ages
